Want to learn a new skill without paying tuition? The TESDA Online Program (e-TESDA) offers FREE online courses that you can take anytime using your phone, tablet, or computer. After completing a course, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion, and for eligible qualifications, you may also apply for a National Certificate (NC) through TESDA assessment. (e-tesda.gov.ph).

2. Create a free account.
3. Verify your email address.
4. Log in to your account.
5. Search for the course you want.
6. Click Enroll and start learning.
The courses are online, self-paced, and free, so you can study whenever you have free time.
How to Get an NC II
Finishing an online course gives you a Certificate of Completion, but this is different from an NC II.
To earn an NC II:
1. Complete the online course (if applicable).
2. Prepare for the competency assessment.
3. Apply at a TESDA-accredited Assessment Center.
4. Pass the competency assessment.
5. Receive your National Certificate (NC II).
